Mammograms
Mammograms help detect early breast cancer in women who show no signs of the disease.
Medicare Part B typically covers annual mammograms for women age 40 and over and one baseline mammogram for women ages 35-39.
Cervical Cancer Screening
Medicare Part B covers a Pap test and pelvic exam in full once every 24 months for all women and once every 12 months for high-risk women or those of childbearing age (20-35 years old) that have had an abnormal Pap test within the past 36 months.
Annual Wellness Visit
The Annual Wellness visit is a yearly appointment with your primary care physician where the two of you create or update your personalized health care plan.
